Send 400 emails

Slow on purpose

Merge X sends about 10 emails a minute, with random gaps between them, so 400 emails take about 40 minutes. A daily cap stays below Gmail's own limit. When a campaign reaches it, it pauses and carries on later. Sending slowly is how Merge X stays within Gmail's limits.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribe are never emailed again.

Emails include a short "Sent with Merge X" footer, which you can turn off in settings. There are no ads.

Your data is yours

We use your data only to run the features you use. No ads, no selling, no AI training.
No advertising or tracking cookies.
Recipient data from your campaigns is deleted 90 days after a campaign completes.
You can delete your account at any time, and that deletes your data.

We can send, never read

We can send email for you. We can't read your inbox or your drafts, and we only open the sheets you choose. We ask Google for each permission only when you first use the feature that needs it:
